The Rules that Follow apply to all of Wizard Embroidery’s customers, anybody who violates these rules will be subject

Supply your own Garments
Anybody wishing to supply their own garments may do so, however they must sign a disclaimer.
The disclaimer covers any:-

Damages that could occur during embroidery, printing, heat processes or any other process that take place.

|
Any changes in print or embroidery quality
|
By signing the disclaimer you a signing a legally binding contract, which if necessary Wizard Embroidery
may use in legal action. You bring your own garments at your own risks.
Colour Quality
Wizard Embroidery can never guarantee that colours will be 100% accurate to artwork, or 100% consistent during
the DTG process, however we do are up most to keep colour constant and as close as we can to the original artwork.
Private Policy
Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. All prices are shown in pound
sterling (£) and are excluded of UK V.A.T. at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. It is our policy to offer goods at
the most competitive prices, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any
advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Prices and specifications are checked to the best of
our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for
errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Catalogue Sizes & Colours
Although we try our best to show accurate sizes and colours on our online catalogue, we can not always guarantee they are
100% accurate.
Online Shopping
VAT is included in all items at the current rate, unless it is stated otherwise. VAT invoices are also available on request.
All items are subject to availability.
Invoices
All invoices must be paid within 10 working day, if this is violated Wizard Embroidery reserve the right to add 10% of the total
unpaid amount to the total of the invoice or a £50 late fee charge. If you are then incompliant to pay, Wizard Embroidery
reserve the right to take legal action as necessary. All Items remain the property of Wizard Embroidery until paid for in full.
No future work will be carried out until the invoice is paid in full, unless you have authorisation from Wizard Embroidery.
Payment
Customers can pay either by PayPal, by requesting a PayPal invoice (which can then be paid via credit or debit card.)
We also accept Cheque's or Cash (collection only.)
Returns
Any plain garments without any damage, wear or use may be returned within 14 days of receiving, but please note there will
be a restocking charge, this is yo 20% of the total cost.
Garments that have be embroidered or printed however will not be able to be returned because they are bespoke.
Cancellations
Wizard Embroidery will accept cancellations up to 2 days after the order has been received on the understanding
that no costs have been incurred. In the event that your order has been processed for embroidery or printing an
artwork/origination cost will apply, plain goods may also incur a restocking charge. You must inform us in writing – by letter,
fax or email of your decision to cancel.
Postage & Packaging
Wizard Embroidery take no responsibility for any damages that may occur during transited buy either the courier or
the customer. Any damages must be reported with 24 hours of receiving.
