FAQ

Can I bring my own garments?
Unfortunately we are only able to embroider and print garments supplied by ourselves.

How do I pay for custom orders?
On confirmation of your order we will send an invoice with all the details. This can then be paid via BACs or Credit Card (please note: there is an additional fee for credit card payments which will be quoted with your order.
Credit Card Fee - Orders less than £100 - standard rate £1.50  - Orders over £100 - 1.5% + £0.20p)
All orders must be paid on receipt (or before dispatch by arrangement)

How long do quotes last?
All quotes last for 28 days, after this time your quote many require repricing. 

How much is postage?
Depending on the order size we will calculate postage - our preferred method of postage is DPD next day - starting at £14.99 plus vat.
Orders less than 2kg (45 x 35 x 16cm) unless specified will be sent by Royal Mail - £5.99 plus vat.

Can I collect garments to save on postage?
Orders can be collected from our premises in person, please email to arrangement a collection that is convenient.
Collection Hours: 9.30am-4.30pm

What is your lead time on custom orders?
We aim to get all orders dispatch by the initial date provided on your order confirmation. Our standard lead time on custom orders is 10-14 working days after confirmation however if you have an urgent order or a specific completion date please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.

Can you provide plain orders?
We can provide plain garments as well as customized, our lead time for plain orders is 4 working days delivered, or 2 working days if collected - on all orders placed before 1pm.

What format is required for artwork?
To ensure the highest quality artwork we ask that artwork is provided as a EPS, TIFF or AI file.
Print Logos -  If you do not have access to the vector files listed (esp, tiff, ai) don't worry our team can recreate such file from a JPEG, PNG or PDF. Artwork fee (if recreated) - £15 plus vat per a logo.
Embroidered Logos - Where possible we ask logos to be provided in a vector format (esp, tiff, ai) however for embroidery a quality JPeg or PNG can also be used. We then convert this to a DST file. You will be quoted an embroidery setup charge with your order depending on sizing and positioning. If we already have your logo as a DST file from a previous order you wont be charged again unless the logo is in a new size or a specialized garment where it requires stitching in a different way to suit the product (such as caps and knitted beanies/bobble hats.)

Can I get samples before I place my order?
Plain garment samples are available to order - these are charged at the rate quoted including print or embroidery, These can then be returned (unworn, samples are for fitment only) for branding.

Can I return my order?
Regretfully custom garments can not be returned as they are made to order. If an item if faulty please notify us with in 48 hours of receiving, you may be required to take photos of the faulty item so we can reach a resolution more swiftly.
