These rules and regulations apply to all users that access www.wizardembroidery.co.uk now and in the future and by using this website you are accepting all terms and conditions. www.wizardembroidery.co.uk reserve the right to take legal action against anybody who violates these rules and regulations. www.wizardembroidery.co.uk reserve the right to change these rules and regulations at anytime to their sole discretion.

Prices and product information may be changed at any time to www.wizardembroidery.co.uk sole discretion. All prices shown are in pound sterling (£) and are excluded of UK VAT at the current rate unless stated otherwise. It is our policy to price goods at the most competitive prices, however if due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price then we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

Garment and Artwork Colour
Due to factors such as monitor settings, screen variations, lighting during photography, and the nature of natural materials we cannot guarantee colours displayed on our website matching the physical colours of a product, likewise with artwork proofs. We do our up most to keep colours constant through production and reordering, however we assume no responsibility or guarantee regarding color matches.

Due to the nature of garment manufacturing, we do not guarantee the consistency, colour or appearance of the actual apparel. Garment colors which are shown online are approximate only and may have variations in color from one size group to another.

Please note: like named colours across various brands and manufactures are not shade matched to other brands with the same named colours.

Catalogue Sizing
We make every effort to ensure the most accurate information on our catalogue regarding manufacturer sizing however due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time to time product sizing may vary slightly.

Garment Availability 

All garments are subject to availability. 

Orders
All invoices must be paid within 10 working days, if this violated and customers are incompliant to pay Wizard Embroidery reserve the right  to take legal action as necessary. All items remain the property of Wizard Embroidery until paid for in full. No future work will be carried out until all invoices are paid for in full unless you have authorization from Wizard Embroidery themselves.

Returns
Any plain garments in there original condition may be returned within 10 working days of receiving, please note however there will be a restocking charge, this is 20% of the total cost.
Unfortunately garments that have been embroidered, printed or personalised in anyway cannot be returned as they are bespoke.

In the event that a mistake has been made ‘e.g. spelling makes’ which is found to be the fault of Wizard Embroidery we will accept returns within 10 working days of the customer receiving their goods.
We ask that all returns are sent via recorded delivery with proof of postage, with a copy of postage sent to wizardembroidery@hotmail.com Once the item/items have been received a refund or replacement will be issued. All returns must be sent in there original condition, unworn and not soiled, Wizard Embroidery will check all items before a refund is issue, if an item is found to violate these conditions a refund will not be accepted. The customer is required to pay for delivery returns by post but will be refunded once the order is received and checked that it is in its original condition.

Cancellations
Wizard Embroidery will accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the order has been received on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. In the event that the customers order has been processed for embroidery or printing an artwork/origination cost will apply, plain goods may also incur a stocking charge. Customers must inform Wizard Embroidery in writing via letter, fax or email with a reason of cancellation.

Postage & Packaging/ Collections 
Wizard Embroidery take no responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit - by either the courier or the customer. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All orders should be checked by the customers discretion when received or before leaving the premises on collection orders.
