These rules and regulations apply to all users that access www.wizardembroidery.co.uk now and in the future and by using this website you are accepting all terms and conditions. www.wizardembroidery.co.uk reserve the right to take legal action against anybody who violates these rules and regulations. www.wizardembroidery.co.uk reserve the right to change these rules and regulations at anytime to there sole discretion.

Although we try to keep information as up-to-date as possible, we can not always guarantee it, Wizard Embroidery accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions. Supplying Your Own Garments
Unfortunately we are unable to embroider or print garments supplied by customers, by supplying the garments ourselves we cover any costs should machinery breakdown, power cut damage or any other damages that could occur during branding processes
Wizard Embroidery can never guarantee that colours will be 100% accurate to artwork, or 100% consistency during printing processes, however we do are up most to keep colours constant and as close to the original artwork as possible.
Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are excluded of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. It is our policy to price goods at the most competitive prices, however if due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price then we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Prices and specifications are checked at the best of our ability, and while every effort has been made to make them accurate Wizard Embroidery take no responsibility for errors or omissions.
Catalogue Sizes & Prices
Although we try our best to show accurate sizes and colours on our online catalogue, we can not guarantee they are 100% accurate as different computers and device will show them differently.
All items are subject to availability.
All invoices must be paid within 10 working days, if this violated and customers are in compliant to pay Wizard Embroidery reserve the right to take legal action as necessary. All items remain the property of Wizard Embroidery until paid for in full. No future work will be carried out until invoices are paid for in full unless you have authorisation from Wizard Embroidery themselves.
At this time we do not have a card machine however customers can pay via PayPal by requesting a PayPal invoice (this can then be paid by credit or debit card), we also accept payment via Cheque, Cash (collection only) or by BACs.
Any plain garments in there original condition may be returned within 10 working days of receiving, please note however there will be a restocking charge, this is 20% of the total cost.
Unfortunately garments that have been embroidered, printed or personalised in anyway can not be returned as they are bespoke. In the event that a mistake has been made ‘e.g. spelling makes’ which is found to be the fault of Wizard Embroidery we will accept returns within 10 working days of the customer receiving their goods.
We ask that all returns are sent via recorded delivery with proof of postage, then a copy of postage sent to email@example.com Once the item/items have been received a refund or replacement will be issued. All returns must be sent in there original condition, unworn and not soiled, Wizard Embroidery will check all items before a refund is issue, if an item is found to violate these conditions a refund will not be accepted. The customer is required to pay for delivery returns by post but will be refunded once the order is received and checked that it is in its original condition.
Wizard Embroidery will accept cancellations up to 2 days after the order has been received on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. In the event that the customers order has been processed for embroidery or printing an artwork/origination cost will apply, plain goods may also incur a stocking charge. Customers must inform Wizard Embroidery in writing via letter, fax or email with a reason of cancellation.
Postage & Packaging/ Collections
Wizard Embroidery take no responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit - by either the courier or the customer. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All orders should be checked by the customers discretion when received or before leaving the premises on collection orders.
