Frequently Asked Questions

  • All postage fees will be calculated when your receive your quote - our preferred method of postage is DPD next day - starting at £14.99 plus vat.

    All DPD orders are shipped on a next business day courier once complete. For UK delivery outside of the mainland (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) this may take up to 2 business days for delivery.

    Orders less than 2kg (45 x 35 x 16cm) unless specified will be sent by Royal Mail - £5.99 plus vat.
  • Orders can be collect from our premises - please get in touch to organise a collection.
  • We aim to have your order dispatched by the initial date provided on your order confirmation.

    For customised orders with a new logo, we will require your approval before we proceed with production. Our artwork team will send over an initial proof via email. Any delay in approval may change your estimated dispatch date.

    If you have an urgent request, or the order is for a specific event or required on a specific date, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.
  • We can provide plain garments as well as customized, our lead time for plain orders is 4 working days delivered, or 2 working days if collected - on all orders placed before 1pm.
  • Unfortunately we are only able to embroider and print garments supplied by ourselves.
  • On confirmation of your order we will send an invoice with all the details.

    Our preferred method of payment is BACs, however we accept Credit Card via a payment link which we can send out by request.
    Please note: there is an additional fee for credit card payments which will be quoted with your order.

    Credit Card Fee - Orders less than £100 - standard rate £1.50 - Orders over £100 - 1.5% + £0.20p)

    All orders must be paid on receipt (or before dispatch by arrangement.)
  • All quotes last for 28 days, after this time your quote many require repricing.
  • Embroidered Logos - Where possible we ask logos to be provided in a vector format (ai, esp or pdf vector format) however for embroidery a quality JPeg or PNG can also be used.
    We then convert your logo to a DST file.
    You will be quoted an embroidery setup charge with your order depending on sizing and positioning.
    If we already have your logo as a DST file from a previous order you wont be charged again unless the logo is in a new size or a specialized garment where it requires stitching in a different way to suit the product
    (such as caps and knitted beanies/bobble hats.)

    Garment Printing
    To ensure the highest quality artwork we ask that artwork is provided as a AI, ESP or PDF vector file.
    If you do not have access to the vector files listed, don't worry our team can recreate such file from a JPEG or PNG.
    Should artwork fees apply these will be listed on your quoted. 

    If you have designed artwork yourself for DTF Printing - We will need a good quality image of the logo/artwork or illustration you would like on your garments - please set the artwork file in the intended size of printing, making sure its of a high resolution (300dpi), designed in CMYK and saved in a vector or raster format in photoshop, this can then be sent to us as a PSD, PDF, EP3 or JPG files.
  • Plain garment samples are available to order - these are charged at the rate quoted including print or embroidery, these can then be tried on and returned for branding (unworn - samples are for fitment purposes only) 
  • Regretfully custom garments can not be returned as they are made to order. If an item if faulty please notify us with in 48 hours of receiving, you may be required to take photos of the faulty item so we can reach a resolution more swiftly.
