Garment Printing Methods
DTF Printing
The newest and most versatile printing method, DTF Printing's advance print technology not only allows us to replicate detailed logos, artwork and illustrations in incredible detail but it also produces a second to none crystal clear finish.
What is DTF Garment Printing?
Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints using water-based inks and a special powder adhesive onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. Unlike the previous DTG method, which only works on cotton fabrics, DTF can work on cotton and poly blends.
Artwork Guidelines
We will need a good quality image of the logo/artwork or illustration you would like on your garments.
If you have designed artwork yourself - please set the artwork file in the intended size of printing, making sure its of a high resolution (300dpi), designed in CMYK and saved in a vector or raster format in photoshop, this can then be sent to us as a PSD, PDF, EP3 or JPG files.
Care Instructions
To preserve the quality and longevity of your printed garments, please do not tumble dry or iron directly on the print. When washing garments we recommend you turn your garments inside out, this will protect the printed from friction or abrasion with other fabrics during your washing cycle. Please do not use any fabric softeners or chemicals or if required use only a small amount. When airdrying your garments please keep your garments inside out.
Thank you
Vinyl Transfer
Ideal for high visibility safety wear, as well as garments requiring florescent, metallic colors and even 3D effects.
What is Vinyl Transfer?
This method uses specialist vinyl which is CAD Cut via a plotter. Once cut, its weeded, application tape applied before being heat sealed directly on to the garment.
Artwork Guidelines
We require logos in a .AI, PDF or EPS format, however if this file format isn't available please don't panic as we can recreate your logo in a vector format (however please note this will incur an artwork fee.)
Care Instructions
